4 bedroomed Cottages, each with its own private garden. All are
individually designed and furnished with warm Irish character.
Facilities include Satellite TV, Video, CD Player and Direct Dial
Telephone. Each Cottage has its own Ban an Tí (House Keeper) who is
there to serve Breakfast & Afternoon Tea daily and Dinner by prior
request. Also available are Suite & Bedroom options.
Onsite facilities include Brophs
Clubhouse Restaurant & Bar offering Traditional Irish Pub Fare &
Entertainment, and The Old Schoolhouse Conference Centre with its
state of the art Conference Facilites.
Close to Coolbawn Village are
fantastic walks in Comminchas Forest Park and Portumna Forest Park
each of which spreads over hundreds of acres. Also available locally
are Fishing & Cruising, Watersports & Sailing on the Lake,
Horesriding in the Slieve Bloom Mountains and Golf at Nenagh Golf
Club.
THE SPA - Aqua and Body and Beauty
The Aqua Therapy Spa includes Countercurrent Pool, Jet Bath with
Neck Shower and Bubble Jets, Algotherapy and Vichy Shower, Sauna,
Steam Room as well as a relaxing Yoga Room overlooking Lough Derg.
The Beauty Therapy treatments
undertake a complete range of traditional Manicures, Pedicures,
Eyebrow Shaping, Waxing and Hand and Foot treatments including

THE MARINA
Coolbawn Quay is a well sheltered
harbour and village set on the edge of Lough Derg, offering 120
Private Berths for the discerning boat owner who wishes to cruise
Lough Derg whilst enjoying the benefits of a Private Residential
Club. Ameneties include Fresh Water , 240 Volt Electricity Supply,
Security, Restrooms with Private Showers, Slipway, Merchandising and
Security on a year round basis. (Fuel is not available at the
Village)
